This 13-week early intervention program aims to prevent Child Protection involvement in families with 12-17 year olds. This program is a holistic case management service, which includes regular contact with parents, school support and emotional and social support. Referrals are made through Junction’s intake, 02 6043 7400 or intake@junction.org.au.
