Chairperson from 2016 to 2019 and now Deputy Chairperson. Sandra is a previous Rural City of Wangaratta employee and a graduate of the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Chairperson from 2016 to 2019 and is currently Deputy Chairperson. Sandra has undertaken training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
