The Youth Refuge Pathways and Reconnection Program is a case management service for young people residing at the Wodonga Youth Refuge as well as for young people from 15 years up to 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program offers support, advocacy, referral, and practical assistance and works with young people to find safe and secure housing and to identify and work toward their goals. Referrals to this program are made through Junction Support Services Intake intake@junction.org.au or through the Wodonga Youth Refuge.
