The Youth Refuge Pathways and Reconnection Program is a case management service for young people residing at the Wodonga Youth Refuge as well as for young people between the ages of 15-18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program offers support, advocacy, referral, and practical assistance and works with young people to find safe and secure housing and to identify and work toward their goals. Referrals to this program are made through Junction Support Services Intake or through the Wodonga Youth Refuge.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to the land, water and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
Our organisation welcomes Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and Asexual (LGBTIQA+) people.
We are a child safe organisation.
