NDIS Support Coordination is a capacity building support that helps participants of the NDIS to understand and use their NDIS plan to pursue their goals. NDIS Support Coordinators connect participants with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services. NDIS Support Coordinator build participants confidence and skills to use and coordinate their funded supports in their NDIS plans. If you have Support Coordination funded in your plan, contact your Local Area Coodinator (LAC) or NDIS representative and ask for a referral to Junction.
