Creating connections provides intensive response and longer-term support for young people (15-25) who are experiencing homelessness or at significant risk of experiencing homelessness and have complex support needs. We support young people to attain and sustain independent living. Referrals are made through Junction’s intake, 02 6043 7400 or intake@junction.org.au.
