The Community Engagement in Residential Care program is a new initiative that has been designed to support young people across all of Junction’s Residential Care houses. The Community Engagement Worker provides critical support in both identifying and achieving the goals of a child or young person in residential care. The program offers support and development across the five domains of safety, managing emotions, life skills, education and employment, identity, and connection.
