Junction Support Services is looking for a Vocational Education Specialist to join our growing Care Services team in Outer Gippsland. This part time role is based in Bairnsdale, with co-locations in Moe, Traralgon and Pakenham. In this role, you’ll support young people living in our two-bedroom residential care home to re-engage with education, training and employment. Working closely with the Therapeutic Specialist and Care Team, you’ll assess individual needs, identify strengths, and help create personalised pathways that lead to growth and independence. You’ll also work across the broader educational and vocational service systems to break down barriers and advocate for young people navigating complex challenges.
