The People & Culture Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of efficient and responsive administrative support and assistance to the People & Culture team. Under the direction of, and in consultation with the People & Culture Team Manager, the People & Culture Administration Officer is responsible for the recruitment, employment and retention of a competent workforce; ensuring Junction’s procedures and systems for recruiting, selecting, employing and retaining staff are evidenced based and promote the organisation, both internally and externally, as an equal employment employee
