As the Innovation, Research and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic vision and advancing our mission. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer, you will collaborate with our Senior Operational Leadership Team and Executive Team to propel our organisation forward. The Innovation and Research and Development Manager is responsible for driving program development and enhancement by utilising research findings and evidence-based practices to align initiatives with community needs and organisational goals. Key responsibilities include; tender/grant writing, program implementation and evaluation, training, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
