We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young people and carers across our Residential Care sites. As an After Hours Night Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of those in our care during after-hours. Provide immediate response, intervention, and support to young people in partnership with Residential Youth Workers. Deliver high-quality after-hours emergency responses to staff and young people presenting with complex and high-risk issues.
